it all makes sense now why M.I.A was so adamant about taking time off from touring and stuff! it was because she was pregs! as we all know, shes engaged to some guy whos name escapes me at the moment, but becoming a mom is definitely a reason to leave the spotlight.
she broke retirement last night to perform at some event for Diesel Jeans. According to this fan, her show was awesome.
hopefully we will see a new album once shes all settled in with the baby!
