LIVEBLOGGING THE TEEN CHOICE AWARDS!

im liveblogging the teen choice awards! ill be posting, editing, and reposting during every commercial break!

p.s. as of now im having trouble posting images onto here. i guess we will see what happens. AND i couldnt watch the red carpet show on E! because they took it off basic cable.

8:00 p.m.- here we go! miley's performance is good! haha she went over by blake lively who had a huge grin plastered on her face. she gave fergie a rose! cute. bitch knows how to perform. her and selena gomez sang together! take that perez hilton.

8:05- where are the jokes? miley's "monologue" sucks. im disappointed. anyways first award- action adventure film. dark knight has it in the bag. how come the towel said "will smith"? instead of "hancock"? fuckin weird. wtf is this speech?

8:11- demi lovato is pretty! next award is choice tv drama. gossip girl better win. AND THEY DID! dan is so dan. his speech is like straight from an episode i swear ive seen. everyone looks gorge.

8:24- sophia bush looks perty as usual. i love drake bell too. choice comedian- boo adam sandler. no one even liked that zohah movie! it was nice of him to shout out to the troops!

8:28- id like to start by saying FUCK vaneXXXa hudgens. ur wearing too much makeup u idiot. ne ways fresh face award- i want leighton to win. blake lively won it. at least shes nice.

8:30- everyone hates miley's best friend. time for the dance battle! omg im so excited. ACDC's turn! they did really really good. ill try and get a video for you guys. they had cameos from jabawockeez and chris brown. i thought both sides would be dancing like against each other at the same time.

8:39- what is this choice myspacer bullshit? whatever. im not even telling u the winner. demi lovato was also unenthused.

8:41- hahah the announcer said "dramar". Leighton and chad michael murray. choice male actor drama issssssssssss channing tatum! idk what that name is but hes hot soo ok. he totally pimped M&M cru and lauren conrad loved it.

8:50- the jonas brothers BORE me to tears. icarly's on stage! love her to tears. shes so awkward looking though. how is "meet dave" even nominated for an award? i srsly love steve carrell.

9:02- im not excited to see mariah carey lip synch. and what is she wearing? she may be an "icon" but at least miley cyrus sings!

9:05- ok its all over. chace crawford! lovvve him. and i love rachel bilson! seeing them together on stage makes me giggle. choice action adventure tv female (confusing). i know whats coming-hayden. hate her! ew she won. grosssssss. chris brown agrees. WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO SCREAM! SHES TERRIFYING!

9:14- bsnow! love her. she gave jonas brothers a buttload of awards. then she runs off stage. bitch. now here comes scarjo. kinda dont mind her ne more shes alright. she reminds me of someone from queens with her passionate speaking and moving her hands all around with sort of an accent.

9:20- miley's back. natasha benningfield is apparently her role model. shes cool. ll cool j is pretty hot. choice music male artist is Chris Brown. he brings up a good point...does anyone actually surf on those boards? coming up next is red carpet icon female.

9:29- lc lauren conrad won an award. surprising.

9:31- dancetime! M&M Cru did great! i loved it. specially since miley and her ugly friend arent trained dancers and they did pretty good considering. and they had ll cool j. really how can u pick a winner though? it was cool to watch both.

who won the battle? m&m cru!!! hahaha

long overdue

sorry i have been so neglectful! i had a busy 4th of july weekend. hope yours was great too!

anyways- instead of doing singular posts im just going to give you a rundown of everything you may (or might not have) seen on other blogs over the long weekend.

1. amy winehouse performed at Rock in Rio in Lisboa this weekend. Ive seen some videos of her on youtube and she actually did a decent job! in fact i think its the best performance ive seen since the grammy's this winter. you can view the videos here! its part one of many so u can view the others if you wish.

2. the O2 Wireless Festival was held in Hyde Park, London this weekend and my favorites Mark Ronson and Lily Allen were there to perform. you can view the video of their performance here. there may be others but my internets slow or my computers slow but either way i dont have the patience to look. Cut/Copy was also there, which is cool. view galleries of all the performers for the multi-day festival here.

3. leighton meester was featured on this months cover of Lucky magazine, although the article is kind of bare bones. go to justjared for details..

i need to be going to bed right now, but i just saw the cover of Vanity Fair's August issue, and im mildly infuriated at their choices for the cover. clearly, if they are going to have serena, they need to have blair too. im not going to even mention whos on the cover because i simply dont care!

teen choice awards nominations

i am not a teen, yet i feel obligated to be excited about this. ok maybe not excited..how bout REALLY EXCITED because Gossip Girl kicked ass and took names. heres all you need to know about the show airing Aug. 4th---

1. miley cyrus is hosting (wonder how slutty shes gonna look?)

2. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian  is nominated for movie action adventure (but iron man will probs win)

3. Jake Gyllenhaal is nominated for best actor (drama) for his role in Rendition, which i saw and loved. 

4. Keira Knightley is nominated for best actress (drama) for her role in Atonement. bitch better win. 

5. they have a category for best actress (and one for actor) for horror films, which seems kinda dumb for me, but i can appreciate Brittany Snow being nominated (obv for her role in Prom Night) 

6. ben barnes is nominated for breakout actor! yay

7.  gossip girl nominated for best tv drama (OTH is also nominated), and also tv breakout show

8. choice male tv actor- Chace Crawford and Penn Badgley, and Chad Michael Murray

9. choice female tv actor- Leighton Meester, Blake Lively, Sophia Bush, and Katherine Heigl. if blair doesnt win ill be really legit upset about it. i think she has it in the bag. 

10.  (both 9 and 10 relate to tv dramas)

11. leighton and blake are also nominated for choice breakout actresses (taylor momsen too, but that bitch would shit gold before she won and award for her acting).

12. breakout male stars include Ed Westwick, Chace, and Penn too. Westwick is also nominated for choice tv villian. 

13. britney spears even got a nomination! are pigs flying? 

14. theres two more categories- choice female hottie, and choice red carpet fashion icon (female) that i feel leighton meester should have gotten nominated for. BITCH WORKS IT. chace crawford was nominated for male hottie.

god this is overdue. in some spoilerage from different gossip girl websites ive learned the following: DO NOT READ AHEAD IF U DONT WANNA KNOW

-dan and serena are dunzo.

-chuck and blair will be a recurring thing next season. 

-michelle trachtenburg is not "set in stone" yet to come back as georgina, but there's def a good possibility. 

-nate is with someone who is def not serena.
