BritBrit Performs on XFactor!

luckily me and my fellow gossip whore friends were able to find a live stream of this so we were able to watch it in real time!



she had 2 other performances this weekend, one on the Bambi Awards in Germany, and another on Star Academy in France. XFactor is taped in England. this one was the best of the three. many fans, including myself feel like she really needs time to get her confidence back, and thats exactly whats happening. she breaks out of her shell here!

I’ve heard it many times, and if the song is put on the record, you’ll all see it then and only then. Until My work is 100% complete it is not to be posted all around the web and that goes against everything that I believe in as I do my job”

Britmas 2008- Most of "Circus" has Leaked

ok guys, heres the deal. after i posted the song "Circus" yesterday, about 90% of the album leaked. and let me tell you, it is EPIC. she has a good mix of tones and styles, and theres only one or two songs that i would consider skipping when listening to the album in full.

im gonna post everything i could find on youtube below the cut, but be warned that the songs may be taken down. if you do a little search, im sure you can find the downloads. make sure you still BUY the album when it comes out.

also, justjared has revealed that brit will be at the tree lighting ceremony in NYC's Rockefeller Center, details of her appearance are still being worked out however. no word on a live performance.

Britney Spears- "Circus" Leaks

first, id like to say that im sorry for not posting for song long, if i have any readers left that is. this semester is taking its toll, and i am trying to get that Lady Gaga fan community up and running. also theres some general laziness factors.

MOVING ON. slowly but surely Britney Spears' upcoming album "Circus" is leaking. for those who are britney fans, this is EPIC. ill be posting any songs that become available in full. in advance, i apologize if any youtube vids are taken down.

the one i have right now is for the song "Circus". the vid is low quality, but the song is GREAT. this album is going to be awesome. hopefully my gaga addiction will be cured by then. ]

MTV European Music Awards Noms

if its anything i am a sucker for, its awards shows. even when i cant view them because im on another continent! anywayz, if you live in europe you can go to your local MTV page and vote for the artists in these categories. some artists will remain nameless on this blog, so if i list them, then i approve of the nomination.

Album of the Year:
Duffy- "Rockferry" and Britney Spears- "Blackout". as much as i love brit, i have to pull for Duffy on this one. she writes her own music and has true talent. lets be honest here people

Most Addictive Track:
Duffy's "Mercy" and Coldplay's "Viva La Vida". those two are listed by who i want to win and who i think will win, respectively.

New Act:
Obviously, Duffy is nominated, but then again so is Katy Perry, who makes me want to put my head through a wall. If duffy doesnt win, let it be either miley cyrus or onerepublic.

Act of 2008:
this category is a joke. i mean, i love amy winehouse as much as the next person, but she def doesnt deserve this award- not any more. i was pulling for her and was so happy when she won those grammys, but now? im sick of it. we are all enablers here. Britney doesnt deserve it either, because 2008 isnt her year- 2009 is. other acts in this category suck generally.

i omitted the rest of the categories listed because i have no interest in any of the nominees. why arent artists like M.I.A and MGMT and Radiohead nominated- artists who take creative risks and create such works of art nominated? to me, duffy is the only legit act who got recognized.

word on the street, the gossip blog street anyway, is that britney is DEF preforming at the vma's.

i may have squealed like a small child upon reading this:

First it was the VMA promos (did anyone else who watched them feel slightly uncomfortable for Britney?), then it was rumors of a VMA performance in a British tabloid, and now it’s a chatty hairdresser—all giving us hope that the Britney Spears we know and love is indeed coming back.
Lucky for us, that chatty hairdresser is our very own Kim Vo, the Daily 10’s resident hair guru, who told E! News exclusively that he just may be creating three VMA looks for the “E-mail My Heart” singer.
What could Britney possibly need three different hairstyles for? That info's way too valuable to be included before the jump...
The first look would obviously be for the red carpet. Vo says he and Brit are still “feeling out” ideas about how that will look.
The second style would be for the show itself, probably something “more chic, like a side ponytail.”
And look No. 3 would be for her PERFORMANCE! That’s right, we said performance. For such an event, Vo and Brit want something “more quintessential Britney.” "Performance" and “quintessential Britney” said together could only mean our girl is definitely coming back to us.
