hahah she wore the same thing to the concert!
OMG - I happened to be at APW and she was wearing that VERY outfit. Before she threw her cardigan at a fan! So clearly, the shopping took place before her set... but i mean, you can't blame a girl for getting too carried away while spending that $$$$ :D
